A page that belongs to the business
The name, the services, and the questions are theirs. Another organization's bookings never appear on it.
For clinics, studios, and service desks
Customers choose a service and a time that is actually open. Your team sees who is coming, confirms the visit, and follows up when the appointment is over.
Organizations are opened by an administrator. Log in with the account they gave you.
The same path a clinic, a studio, or a front desk already uses — with the open times decided before the customer ever asks.
01
Each organization has its own page. Put the link on WhatsApp, a website, or a card at the desk.
02
The page follows the business hours, the service, and anyone who set personal hours. A taken slot cannot be booked twice.
03
The day opens on today's list. Confirm the visit, send a reminder, and hand a follow-up to a member of staff.
Owners and managers see the whole organization. Staff see the visits assigned to them, and the follow-ups they were asked to carry out.
The name, the services, and the questions are theirs. Another organization's bookings never appear on it.
Set the week once. Give a service its own hours, or let a person work a shorter day. Times are shown in the business timezone.
Customers can ask for someone by name. Otherwise the visit goes to the first free person on the team.
Add the questions you actually need. The answers sit under the customer's name when the team opens the day.
Confirmed visits get an email, and a message when that channel is connected. Nothing is marked sent until it really goes out.
The customer gets a link to cancel or ask for a new time. A new time comes back to you for confirmation.
Log in to confirm what is waiting, share the booking link, and see which follow-ups are still open.
